Contracts between Dhana Supriya and customers are concluded at a distance with electronic acceptance. Customers have the right to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund of all fees paid if the cancellation is made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is entered into (the day of purchase of the Service/Product/Programme). However, if the program purchased by the customer starts within the 14-day period, a full refund will not be granted. Dhana Supriya retains the necessary amounts to cover the cost of the services already provided to the customer.
If a customer fails to complete a program for any reason whatsoever, they shall forfeit the full program fee and shall not be entitled to any reduction of fees.
